Cirtex Corp, a hosting provider, today announced that it has launched HostV, a new brand offering virtual dedicated server and dedicated server hosting solutions. The company declares that it also operates two other distinctive shared hosting brands—CirtexHosting and MySitesOnline.
The company states that through HostV, it will offer Dedicated and VDS hosting services designed to meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses and Web developers. It further states that, all plans come pre-loaded with robust security features, and VDS plans offer a large assortment of developer tools, including FFMpeg and both PHP4 and PHP5.
The company avers that as part of HostV’s launch, it is offering a one-time promotion, redeemable for 50% off of the first month or first year of payment.
The company explains that all VDS plans are powered by servers featuring Intel quad core processors with HyperThreading technology. The servers run Centos Linux and utilize Parallels Virtuozzo for account managemt and partitioning. company even claims that its network operates out of two datacenters in the United States, located in New Jersey and Chicago. Both facilities provide redundancy and business-class routers and switches. All systems are monitored 24/7 by a Network Operations Center and onside security staff.
