Groupware

Archiving and Backup
InfTek will set-up mail archiving and backup. Archive your organization’s emails and be able to recover any lost email. Backups of your email server are very important. Helping organizations achieve email archiving compliance and protection against liabilities, Kerio MailServer archives all incoming and outgoing messages as they are delivered. Emails are stored in a separate directory so they cannot be deleted by the recipient. Archived emails can be viewed, searched and sorted in Kerio WebMail or with any IMAP client, making audits and legal discovery simple.

Backup all user data and server configuration without having to stop Kerio MailServer or be present during the backup. Schedule full or differential backups and receive email notifications when the backup has successfully completed or an error occurred during the backup.

Mailing Lists

SSL Certificates
If your situation requires that you have and SSL certificate to secure your email communications, InfTek will assist in getting the SSL certificate along with implementing it in the Kerio Mailserver. InfTek will also help maintain that SSL certificate.

User Accounts
The most time consuming aspect of running a mail server is managing user accounts. With InfTek’s fully managed email solution, managing those accounts is a breeze. An assigned administrator within your company will have the full capability to add, change or remove users as changes occur within your organization. Spam and Anti-Virus

With McAfee Anti-Virus and Spam protection, your organization won’t have to worry about spam or infected emails. InfTek will install and maintain your McAfee AV and Spam protection to keep your email and computers secure from the unwanted emails. And, still have the ability to make sure that if an email that truly is desired will be received by the recipient.

With two different anti-virus engines running simultaneously, Kerio MailServer provides double the protection against viruses. While one anti-virus vendor may be late with a virus signature, a chance that both will fail to catch a virus is significantly lower.

Kerio MailServer offers a choice of using the built-in McAfee Anti-Virus, or using one of supplied anti-virus plug-ins, or using a combination of McAfee Anti-Virus and one of the anti-virus plug-ins.
