(webhosting.info)   ReadySpace, a managed hosting solutions, today announced that it has joined the R1Soft Hosting Partner Program, and will begin offering an array of Continuous Data Protection-powered backup plans. With today’s announcement, it claims to become the first provider to implement the data protection technology in major Asian markets, including Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

The company states that its backup plans allow customers to take advantage of R1Soft’s flexible data protection technology, offering seven recovery points to be stored at any given time and featuring end-to-end encryption and bare metal restores. ReadySpace customers hosted on either Linux or Windows accounts are able to enroll in one of the backup plans.

“Joining the R1Soft Hosting Partner Program has provided us with the tools and resources we need to successfully integrate and deploy Continuous Data Protection plans for our customers,” said Poh Yong Hwang, ReadySpace Executive Director. “We see this as an opportunity to grow our robust line of services, and in doing so, provide our customers with an additional grade of data security. R1Soft’s solution is secure and easily managed—attributes our team values highly.”

“We are excited to work with ReadySpace to create a new opportunity for its end users to benefit from our products,” said David Wartell, Vice President of R1Soft, a division of BBS Technologies. “Our Hosting Partner Program creates an avenue for successful providers like ReadySpace to leverage new technology to benefit existing customers and create an incentive for prospective customers.”
