TreeHouse Interactive Integrates With Oracle CRM

The company says that this new integration will allow Oracle CRM On Demand customers to deliver enterprise class partner portals to their partner networks enabling them to better sell, service and support a company’s products. It adds that the combination of the two products will allow for a seamless experience between partners visiting a company’s portal and the sales teams who manage those partner relationships in CRM On Demand.
The company articulates that its Reseller View PRM is delivered via a Software As A Service (SaaS) model. The web based portals are customized and feature its multi-tiered architecture which allows for different navigation, features and content to be delivered to different levels of partners such as silver, gold or platinum. Reseller View also provides automated application management, deal registration, lead distribution, contract management, MDF/coop management, special pricing approvals comprehensive reporting functionality, portal analytics, international character support, training and certification modules, FAQ module, where to buy/dealer locator, and marketing automation/communication all in one tool.
